What organizations and programs are you involved with in the Richmond community?

“Next Move Alumni Group (Next Move-a-thon, Yoga, Game Nights, Cooking Classes, etc.), Richmond SPCA Running Buddies volunteer, Hiking Club with Jacob’s Chance and Beyond Boundaries, Member of the JCC.”

Are you employed or in school? If yes, where?

“I’m employed at the VCU Cary Street Gym.”

How are you capable – what things do you do best?

“I follow the rules, steps, and policies at my job and volunteer work. I complete my jobs independently. I get to my job and events on time. I do my job with a smile on my face because I’m happy to be here. I was able to get my driver’s license so I can help my family and friends with errands.”

What do you want people to know about you?

“I am friendly, courteous, and very independent. I like riding my bike long distances and I like bowling and basketball. My highest score in bowling is over 200 points. I have ridden my bike from Richmond to Jamestown.“

If you could plan the perfect day, where would you go?

“On my perfect day I would have breakfast and play basketball at the Weinstein JCC. I would have tickets to go to a basketball and football game at Richmond’s Robins Center/Stadium and they would win the game and I would get autographs from the players. I would eat dinner at Boulevard Burgers and Brew and get a Cookies ‘N Cream milkshake from The Cookout. Then I would come home and watch a movie.”

What do you like best about living in the Richmond area?

“I like riding my bike at the University of Richmond campus, over the river and to Ashland. I like living close to bowling alleys, gyms, stores, restaurants, and trains.”

What goals do you have for the future?

“I’m looking forward to having some new job experiences.”
