Internships
At our Tablespoons Bakery, we provide professional training experiences in the culinary arts and entrepreneurship. Interns in our baking program learn critical work and independent living skills while assisting in all parts of the bakery business.

William & Mary Program
In partnership with the William & Mary School of Education, we provide on-campus internships paired with classroom-based instruction to create an interactive experience for our students that is both educational and fun.

Curriculum
Our educational curriculum teaches our students the skills they need to grow and thrive in the working world, with direct instruction in work-readiness concepts that align with the Virginia Department of Education's standards for transition.
