What organizations and programs are you involved with in the Richmond community?
“I am involved with The Next Move Program, a participant in the I'm Determined and Move Conferences and an athlete with Special Olympics.”
Are you employed or in school? If yes, where?
“I advocate for myself. I am resourceful and committed. When I set goals for myself, I am focused and determined to reach them. I try to uplift others by sharing something positive. I am good at playing bocce and bowling. I am very good at Math and it was one of my strongest subjects.”
How are you capable – what things do you do best?
“I am kind hearted and thoughtful. I am also a hard worker. I like to smile and enjoy making others smile as well. I am smart and graduate with a high GPA. am reserved and tend to share perspectives in a way that will have a positive impact in others.”
If you could plan the perfect day, where would you go?
“If I could plan a perfect day, I would spend it at the park, sitting by the lake with family and friends. We will enjoy a small picnic. Then I would take a short walk to enjoy a quiet moment and watch the trees flow with the wind.”
What do you like best about living in the Richmond area?
“I like visiting museums and the variety of events. Richmond has nice movie theaters which I enjoy very much.”
What goals do you have for the future?
“I plan to attend the Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center to complete training to learn a skill to prepare me for employment. I also hope to attend college. I would like to volunteer to read books to elementary students. I would like to develop meaningful friendships with others in the community.”
